The Metrics Dashboard Every Growing Business Needs

“Are we scaling efficiently, or just growing headcount?”

You can only answer that with numbers you trust. Juntrax connects people, projects, and cash, so each key metric draws on the same source instead of three spreadsheets

ModuleMetrics it powers
HRMS
People
Available hours, the right base for utilization, from attendance, leave, and holidays
PSA
Projects
Hours vs. estimate and project profitability, from timesheets, planning, and resource billing
Cash-Flow
Finance
PO, invoicing, and receivables. See what’s billed, received,
remaining, and overdue

Hours flow from timesheet to invoice without copy-paste, so hours worked and hours billed stay aligned. Spot an overrun while there’s still time to act.

02. Insight of the month

Three Questions Every Business Metric Should Answer

Metrics turn daily operations into information you can act on. A good one tells you what’s working, where you’re losing time or money, and what to change. Here’s one example from each part of the business:

  • People: Attrition rate shows how many employees leave over a period, so you can spot retention issues early.
  • Projects: Resource utilization shows whether people are overworked, underused, or at capacity.
  • Finance: Days sales outstanding (DSO) shows how long it takes to collect payment. A rising DSO is an early warning for cash flow.

If a measure helps you understand the situation and decide what to do next, it’s useful.
