Yes - annual billing already gives you a lower rate than quarterly. For teams of 50+ users, volume discounts are available. Talk to our sales team and they'll put together a number based on your headcount and plan.
Everything listed on the plan is included - no per-feature charges, no module unlocks, no surprise add-ons mid-subscription. The one optional add-on is payroll processing (+₹49/user/month), which covers automatic tax calculation, investment declarations, and payroll reports. Everything else is in the plan.

Data migration is the only thing priced separately - the cost depends on the volume and format of your existing data. We'll quote this up front before any commitment.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your user count at any time. If you're on annual billing, changes are applied at the next renewal cycle. Our customer success team handles transitions - no service interruption.

No setup fees. Onboarding and implementation support is included as standard. If you need us to migrate data from a previous system, that's scoped and quoted separately based on what's involved - we'll give you a clear number before any work begins.
Most firms are live within 2-4 weeks. The typical sequence is: HR and people data in Week 1, project and timesheet setup in Week 2, invoicing and financial configuration in Week 3, and team training in Week 4. Larger firms or those with complex multi-entity or multi-currency setups usually land at 4-6 weeks.
Credit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments - processed securely via Stripe. Billing is monthly or annual depending on your plan term.
Adding users is straightforward - you add them in the platform and the cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. There are no penalties for growth. If your team is expanding significantly, talk to us - volume pricing likely applies.
Juntrax is configurable - you can set up your own project phases, billing structures, approval workflows, and role permissions. We don't do bespoke development or custom code builds. If there's a feature you need that isn't there, tell us - we review every request, and the most-requested features make it onto the roadmap.
Support is handled through the built-in ticketing system. Response times are based on severity - critical issues are prioritised. The Integrated Solution plan includes priority email and chat support. Software updates and new features are deployed automatically - you never need to manage an upgrade.
